Ingredients

cauliflower
cleaned and chopped
1-2
teaspoons
dill
3
tablespoons
butter
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Steam the cauliflower until it's soft and falling apart.
Drain well.Add in the butter.
With a hand blender or potato masher, mash the cauliflower until smooth.
Stir in the dill until blended.Serve & enjoy!
