The Singapore Sling is a cocktail I can remember my mother ordering when we went out for dinner.
It’s a great, easy drinking cocktail that combines some very good flavors like pineapple and cherry. I decided now was the time to try my hand at this classic so here is my Singapore Sling recipe!
This also gave me an excuse to use one of my epic vintage partridge in a pear tree glasses. I absolutely love these and have the whole set including the holder.
To make this cocktail you will need pineapple juice, grenadine, benedictine, gin, lime juice, cointreau, cherry brandy and angostura bitters. You will also want a nice hurricane or Tom Collins glass. These drinks are meant to have the froth on top like you see in the picture above to don’t be alarmed once you’ve shaken yours and poured it.

Here’s the recipe!
- 4 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. Gin
- 1/4 oz Benedictine
- 1/4 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/3 oz Grenadine
- 1/2 oz Cherry Brandy
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Combine in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Pour over ice.
