- Variations: If you’re looking for a crispier variation, you could try deep-frying to crisp up your turkey wings, enhancing their flavour and texture.
- Tools for This Recipe: You will need a 9×13-inch baking dish to cook these wings and a mixing bowl to mix and season them. You will also need aluminum foil to cover the wings while baking.

What You’ll Need For Ingredients
Turkey Wings: Packed with rich, dark meat, turkey wings are often an afterthought—until you try these, that is.
Olive oil helps the spices stick to the wings. It’s also a super healthy addition to the recipe.
Chicken Broth: When poured over the wings, broth enhances the flavor of the meat and improves the rendering of the fat.
Turkey Seasoning: This is going to give you the flavour needed to make these truly fantastic wings.
Karlynn’s Tip: Instead of using a store-bought turkey seasoning, try making your own. It’s easier than you think and requires a list of ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. Bonus: You can make a large batch and store it in a reusable jar to have ready on hand. Find my recipe here.
