Beef Dips

I said I would post the recipe when I used up my leftovers from my Pop Roast, and I am making good on that promise. I looked up recipes forever trying to figure out what I was going to make, I had half of that huge roast left so one would think I had plenty of options.  Not really. Most I found were some sort of pie, pot pie, baked beef pie, beef and veggie pie, that all had you just chop up the beef and throw it in, well, not to sound redundant, but a pie.
