Pumpkin Pudding Recipe
For those of you out there who are dairy intolerant, vegan, etc. this is  Pumpkin Pudding Recipe is a good alternative to traditional forms of pudding and it’s very yummy and healthy to boot! Try it out! Great on a cold winter night!
  • Serving Size: 2-3
  • Cook Time: 5 mins
  • Prep Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

1, 15 oz. can pumpkin puree (organic)
1 ½ cups almond milk (unsweetened original)
¼ cup cornstarch (organic)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice OR 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. ginger, 1/8 tsp. cloves, and 1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

1. Combine ingredients thoroughly in a blender, food processor or with a hand-held blender in a pot or deep bowl.

2. Heat in a pan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.

Serve warm or cold.
