Is it ok to have two best things? I’m torn!! One of my favourites was halibut ceviche at Kathryn Joel’s “Get Cooking” Mexican class. The other was a pork belly sandwich from Drift food truck at Taste of Edmonton. Both so yummy in their own way, I can’t decide between them!

Best thing I’ve eaten all summer is wild blueberry pie in Orillia, Ontario last week.  I’m so sad that we can’t get wild blueberries out here, hence I ate them by the mittful while on vacation:)

Of my many favorite meals this summer, I think bbq ribs with apple butter bbq sauce from acme meat shop would have to be my favorite! Local fresh ribs with fresh vegetables from the farmers market 🙂 of course if I were to tell you all of my favorite foods this summer I would be writing you a book! 🙂 I would love to have this opportunity! Seeing as my boyfriend an I met in culinary school it would be a great date night 🙂
