This lemon whipped cream is perfect to top anything that matches lemon! You have a few choices, you can use lemon zest in it to make a really lemony whipped cream, or if you prefer it smooth you can just use lemon juice.

How to Make Lemon Whipped Cream

  • Take your whipping cream and start whipping it in your mixer. Add in the sugar, zest, and lastly the lemon juice.
  • Whip until it forms soft peaks. If you want you can refrigerate it for 2-3 hours before serving.
  • This is amazing on fresh strawberries, scones, and anything you can pair with whipped cream!

Happy baking!

Lemon Whipped Cream

This lemon whipped cream was what I used for my shortcake recipe instead of plain whipped cream. It turned out so yummy, but of course what isn’t made better with lemon?
