We live on these.
That statement is not in any way, shape or form an exaggeration, I have boxes of these stored away to help us get through this busy summer while still eating healthy.
I just have no time! She weeps.
Holy Moses, these have saved my sanity. My life. My marriage.
Ok, perhaps that is going a little overboard, but in order to break the habit of ordering out for pizza when we are strapped for time, stocking up on helpers like these is your best plan of defense.
Thank you PC. Bless you.
I took a picture of the Cajun chicken breasts which surprisingly turned out to be our least favorite of all. The honey lemon are to die for. The Tandoori? Absolutely amazing. The Smokin’ BBQ? Fantastic.
The plain? Allows me to feed my picky princess who will have spice on nothing.
The instructions actually are not for in the oven but I successfully cook them on the broiler pan at 425 degrees, 7 minutes each side.
The seasoning on these is to die for and saves me so much time. Right now it’s all about speed, about pulling something out and throwing it into the oven with no fuss.
I served it with asparagus as a side, other vegetable suggestions are broccoli, coleslaw or another cold salad.
Couscous, whole wheat pasta with a sprinkling of Parmesan or simply garlic toast would be a wonderful addition. It doesn’t get faster than this for a weekday supper!
And as I realize I have one month left to pack up my house, I also realize that I better start making suppers out of everything in my freezer. There is nothing I hate moving more than frozen food! I think we’ll be eating turkey in September with a side of chicken…
