When the opportunity came to review the new Colgate sensitive pro-relief toothpaste, I readily said yes. I don’t usually review items like this, however it must be said that this is most certainly a sensitive tooth household.
I’ve never blogged about it before, (why I have no idea because it’s not like I have any secrets any more, ever) but Mike and I both have the nasty habit of grinding our teeth and clenching our jaws in our sleep.
Yes, we’ve been fitted with mouth guards AKA “Chew Toys” as we call them in this house. However in the mornings sometimes after a really great night of grinding and clenching, my teeth still hurt on the left side. Yes, we’ve also been to the dentist, and our teeth are healthy!
So I said yup, sign me up for the testing and of course, I voluntold Mike he was trying it out as well.
I can truly say it says what it does and fast, which was nice. It absolutely helped with the tooth sensitivity on my left side, which was a welcome relief to be honest. Nothing sucks more than hot chocolate in the morning that bugs your teeth!

Does anyone else have a chew toy? I can’t believe Mike and I BOTH have mouth guards and grind our teeth. I really don’t feel stressed during the day that much, I swear that I picked up the habit from Mike after 13 years of marriage!
Love,
Karlynn
